What payment processors have you worked with?

Jane, when we talk about payment processors, we are actually taking the payment response data from Slate to the SIS

Do you have or intend to create briefcase queries for Slate Advancement modules?

the payment processor is integrated in Slate and we take the confirmation information and send it to the SIS

Laurie, yes, we will build out briefcase queries for Advancement moving forward

Is it better to use the briefcase queries or those that we've been using with Axiom Legacy? We are migrating from Legacy to Elite and some of the "updated metrics" that move across after an application has been moved aren't working correctly.

Any experience to date with Slate <---> Workday/Student integrations? How about Slate <---> PowerFAIDS?

@Laurie Bowers I have that question as well, in addition, I wanted to know how Axiom has handled student success.

Does it use Ethos for the Ellucian systems?

Is there a system in place to notify you if something goes wrong with an application or any other data that does not go over properly? Is there an error log?

Hey Elizabeth, this is a great time to look into this. If you are completely happy with your current process you can use your current exports. But if you would like to review your process and leverage the briefcase queries we can do that as well.

David, We have a few Slate - PowerFaids integration and are working on our first Workday integration. It works very similar to our Ellucian integrations. We can have a call to discuss it further if you would like to reach out my email is clloyd@ssdel.com

Yes we have a verification tool that users can reconcile issues and email notifications for that

Kathryn, Absolutely we have can integrate with any Ellucian module.

David, we can it works a little differently then our Colleague SQL integrations but is still automated. Just requires some different installation methods for the product.

Can your integration be used to directly make updates to Student records in Ellucian Colleague? Or only Applicant records?

Elliot, we can integrate any types of data to Ellucian Colleague. Student, payroll, app, prospect, financial aide, donations etc.

Matt, the implementation is typically 10-12 weeks.

I believe the three weeks statement was more about testing.

We currently have Slate data going to Banner with Axiom Elite. I would like to move data from Banner into Slate. What would a timeframe on thatt look like?
