Slate Contacts

Thank you for continuing to be part of the Slate Community.
We'd like to ensure that we are effectively communicating with your team throughout your Slate journey; therefore we are asking for updates to your team's contact information.

Contract.

This person will receive information regarding contract renewals. They will be asked to review it thoroughly and upon intent to proceed, they will sign, scan and return it to Technolutions Finance Department (slate-agreements@technolutions.com).

Billing.

Anytime a contract is renewed or purchases are made within Slate (i.e. Slate Credits) this person will receive an invoice and communications from Technolutions Account Payable Department (ap@technolutions.com).

Technology.

Anytime the Technolutions' CIO, Peter Snow needs to contact your institution regarding configurations, changes or updates to Slate's systems, he will send such correspondence to this person. 

Chief Information Officer.

We kindly request the contact information for your institution's Chief Information Officer (CIO). Please note that this information may be separate from the technology contact that we may require for technical implementation. If there is no such title at your organization, please provide the most senior staff within the technical department.

Implementation.

This person is identified as the one who leads a team of individuals in building Slate. They ultimately are seen as one of the power-users and speak on behalf of all Slate users. The Technolutions Slate team (Admissions & Enrollment, Student Success, and/or Advancement) and their respective Client Success Managers will communicate frequently via email with this person throughout the implementation of Slate and beyond regarding support resources, implementation plans and more.

Primary Contact.

We ask that you provide a generic email address that your team's office my have to use as the 'Primary Contact'. This allows us to communicate with your team as a whole, and rather than use a staff member's email, we avoid breaking communication should a particular staff member depart your team or institution.
