Slate Launchpad 200: Call for Hosts

We're taking Slate on the road!

Launchpad 200 is a series of advanced training courses focused on select topics, use cases, and staff roles. Building on the fundamental skills taught at Slate Launchpad, Launchpad 200 provides intermediate to advanced users the opportunity to learn and grow their Slate abilities with a team of Technolutions staff.

Launchpad 200 is offered regionally, throughout the year, and in collaboration with you—our existing Slate partners.

The following are some of the guidelines that would be necessary to host a Launchpad 200 event:

Two to four days of availability during the week
Event/classroom space for up to 60 people
Projectors and screens suitable for the space
Seating for attendees appropriate for working on a laptop, with available power
Availability of campus catering for attendee meals as needed

Important note: it's free to host! There are no hard costs for a host institution. Attendee registration fees will cover catering, room rental (if applicable), and Technolutions staff time.

Please share why your campus/location would be a good fit for a Launchpad 200 event:

Ideal scheduling could involve one or two, 2-day events during the week (2-4 days total). For example, the first event could occur Monday-Tuesday, with a second event Wednesday-Thursday. Or, one event could occur Tuesday-Wednesday or Wednesday-Thursday. Please share some possible date ranges that could work on your campus in the fall or spring:
